PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM SITE VISITORS
When subscribing to AsimiPlay, including some AsimiPlay Games, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address and password in order to complete your registration. When submitting for paid services with AsimiPlay via Google Play or others, you will be asked to provide name, company name (optional), vat id(optional), company tax information(optional), address and card info. The information is used to verify your location, verify the authenticity of your credit card and generate the correct documentation regarding your payment. The Company DOES NOT store credit card information with us, as only the last 4 digits of your are provided to the Company by the payment processor. The Company stores all the other information on secure servers until termination of services, at which time any sensible information is destroyed..
The email address shall be used to send notifications regarding the AsimiPlay website and games to the user. These notifications include for example, information and announcements. Users will always have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter and the individual module notifications.
